Our winter tranining has a low player to coach ratio, which is critical in supporting our player focused coaching ethos and provides enhanced opportunity for our coaches to support the development of your player.

Player development is at the heart of our junior coaching, with a focus on instilling in them a love of the game, that we hope lasts them a life time.

Winter training is a critical component of player development and is designed to build on their skills developed over summer, improve game awareness and support match performance next summer.

Training is held at Queens Park Community School and is run by our qualified coaches from summer.

Wednesday	Mixed (Year 5 & Year 6)	18:00 to 19:30
Friday	Mixed (Year 3 & Year 4)	17:30 to 18:45
Friday	Girls Only (Years 3 to Year 6)	18:45 to 20:00
Sunday	Girls Only (Years 7 and up)	14:00 to 15:30
Sunday	Mixed (Years 7 to Year 9)	15:30 to 17:00

Our winter training consiste of four modules, which can either be booked separately or as one programme:

Module Two	6 weeks
Module Three	6 weeks
Module Four	5 weeks
