The 2025 SHCC Committe

SHCC is not a legal entity. SHCC (the “Cricket Section”) along with South Hampstead Tennis Club (the “Tennis Section”), are sections (essentially subsets) of South Hampstead Club Limited (Company Number: 00677843; Registered office: Ground Floor, Marlborough House, 298 Regents Park Road, London, N3 2SZ) (SH Club Limited). SH Club Limited is a company limited by guarantee incorporated on 14 December 1960 and is the legal owner of the land currently used by the Cricket Section and Tennis Section. The board of directors of SH Club Ltd has final governance say and control over the Cricket Section and the Tennis Section.
