This is the membership application form for adults wishing to become playing members of South Hampstead Cricket Club, a section of South Hampstead Club Limited for the 2025 cricket season.

Playing membership is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older on 1 September 2025. SHCC membership runs from the conclusion of the 2025 SHCC Annual General Meeting, until the conclusion of the 2026 SHCC Annual General Meeting.

Membership is open to all regardless of age, gender, disability, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

You will be asked for payment when completing this form. Your application will then be presented to the Committee of the Club to consider in accordance with the Club’s constitution (the "Rules") as payment does not grant membership. Your fee (for the 2025 season only) will be refunded if your membership is not approved.
